Multifactor Authentication

Multificator Authentication (MFA) is an added layer of security that requires you to prove your identity in multiple ways. You may be prompted to provide your password along with a secure one-time code via SMS or email.

Why MFA?

The reason for implementing MFA is to enhance the security of your account and protect sensitive information from unauthorized users.

What should you expect?

As of January 12, 2024 all LennoxPros users are required to activate MFA. Upon log in, we will guide you through the process via step-by-step instructions.

When logging into your LennoxPros account you will be prompted to choose either email or SMS as your preferred authentication method.

Please note that if it is your first time logging in after MFA has been implemented, you will need to verify you phone number via email.

Since we need to authenticate your email first, you will receive an email with a verification code. Copy and paste that code into the "Verification Code" input box and then click on "Verify Code."

Now that we've authenticated your email, we can authenticate your mobile phone number. Enter your phone number into the "Mobile Phone Number" input box and then click on "Send Code."

Once you receive the code, please enter it into the "Verification Code" input box and then click "Save." If you prefer not to authenticate your mobile phone number, you can click on "Skip and add phone number later."
