MY LENNOX REWARDS LOYALTY PROGRAM (THE “PROGRAM”) TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Valid only at Participating Stores in the United States (see list below).
THE PROGRAM IS VALID FROM 12 A.M. CENTRAL TIME ON JANUARY 1, 2024 AND ENDS AT 11:59 P.M. CENTRAL TIME ON DECEMBER 31, 2024 (THE “PROGRAM TERM”).
General
- The Program is sponsored by Lennox Industries Inc. (“Lennox”).
- Participant must be a legal permanent resident of the United States, be the age of majority or older in Participant’s state of residence and maintain an active LennoxPros account. The Program is only available in connection with qualifying purchases by Participant from the following participating Lennox Stores (each, a “Participating Store”):
- Participant may enroll by completing the online enrollment available at: https://www.mylennoxrewards.com (the “Portal”). No purchase is necessary to enroll.
- The Portal is owned and administered by a non-affiliated third party, CorporateRewards.com LLC d/b/a Workstride (“Workstride”). Workstride provides services in accordance with all applicable statutes and regulations of local, state and federal governments. Workstride only shares personal information (name and address) to facilitate the delivery of rewards redeemed by Participant. WorkStride does not sell personal information. By enrolling in the Program via the Portal, Participant consents to share Participant’s personal information with Lennox and its affiliates. Lennox will handle any personal information it receives from the Portal in accordance with the current Privacy Policy of Lennox available at https://lennoxinternational.com/privacy/.
Claim Points
- A minimum purchase amount of qualifying purchases of $50 (excluding taxes) per qualifying order is required to be eligible to receive one (1) claim point (each, a “Claim Point”). Note: Additional points are not earned for exceeding the threshold (e.g., $300 = 1 Claim Point). Participant is limited to two (2) qualifying orders per calendar date that Participant takes possession of a qualifying purchase. Claim Points are promotional and have no cash value.
- Participant must submit proof of qualifying purchase by entering the order number (found on the applicable Participant’s receipt) into Participant’s loyalty account on the Portal within thirty (30) days of purchase. A copy of Participant’s receipt can be obtained from the Participating Store of purchase. Note: The submittal review process (approval/denial of Claim Points) takes 24-72 business hours after submittal through the Portal.
- Only In-Store and Buy Online and Pick Up in Store purchases from Participating Stores are eligible for Claim Points.
Reward Items
- Once Participant has earned eight (8) Claim Points, Participant may redeem the points for one (1) of the reward items available and listed on the Portal to the extent it has the requisite number of Claim Points for such item (each, a “Reward Item”).
- The estimated retail value of each Reward Item is $50. Reward Items are subject to availability and may be changed by Lennox in its sole discretion at any time and without notice. Reward Items cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The value of Participant’s Reward Items during the Program Term may not exceed $2,300. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event Lennox offers additional promotions during the Program Term per the final bullet of these Terms and Conditions, each such promotion’s Reward Items will not count towards this cap but, rather, be subject to their own $2,300 cap.
- Reward Items in the form of electronic gift cards (i.e., Print Your Own) will be available for downloading once Participant earns the requisite Claim Points and indicates the desired Reward Item.
- All other earned Reward Items will be mailed once Participant earns the requisite Claim Points and indicates the desired Reward Item, along with Participant’s name and address of shipment. Allow approximately six (6) to eight (8) weeks for receipt. Participant is responsible for making sure contact information is current and accurate.
Qualifying Purchases & Exclusions
- Purchases made before or after the Program Term are not eligible for Claim Points.
- Qualifying purchases include purchases of equipment, parts and supplies. Purchases made via stocking orders, promotional items, vendor direct orders, fleet orders and purchases of refrigerant, and/or power tools do not qualify under the Program and will not earn Claim Points.
- Employees of Lennox or an affiliate are excluded from participation in the Program.
- Claim Points are personal to the Participant and may not be sold, transferred or assigned, or shared with, family, friends, co-workers or others.
- Backordered items will count towards the initial order and not as a separate claim at the time of fulfillment.
- Qualifying orders can only be utilized once. Order numbers cannot be shared or used more than once.
Tax Implications
- No funds, compensation or indemnity will be provided by Lennox for payment of taxes, if applicable, or any other financial impact resulting from the receipt or use of earned Reward Items. All federal, state or local taxes on Claim Points and/or Reward Items received through the Program, if any, and any other costs, fees or expenses not expressly included in these Terms and Conditions are the sole responsibility of Participant, not Lennox. If Participant obtains a cumulative $600 in Reward Items during a calendar year, Workstride will file an IRS Form 1099. At such time as a Participant obtains a cumulative $550 in rewards during a calendar year, Participant will be required to provide Participant’s U.S. taxpayer identification number (social security number (SSN), individual taxpayer identification number (ITIN), etc.) to Workstride in order to continue to accumulate Reward Items during that calendar year. Workstride will handle any personal information it receives from the Portal, including SSNs, in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Workstride available at: https://www.workstride.com/privacy-policy/.
Termination; Limitation of Liability and Other
- All amounts stated in these Terms and Conditions are in US Dollars.
- Lennox reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to verify the number of Claim Points received by any Participant at any time. Lennox accepts no liability for any errors in the number of Claim Points stated to be in Participant’s account, and should any Claim Points be awarded in error, it reserves the right to deduct the number of Claim Points awarded in error immediately and without notice to Participant. Lennox is not obligated to honor a request to redeem any Claim Points added to an account in error.
- Lennox reserves the right to terminate Participant’s participation in the Program if it determines, in its sole discretion, that Participant has violated these Terms and Conditions, failed to keep its dealer account in good standing or if Participant’s use of the Program is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. If Participant’s participation in the Program is terminated, all Claim Points will be automatically forfeited without notice to Participant.
- The decisions of Lennox with respect to all aspects of the Program are final and binding on all participants without right of appeal, including, without limitation, any decisions regarding the eligibility or disqualification of participants, purchases and Claim Points, and Lennox will have no liability to any participant, or to any third party, based on such decisions.
- Lennox can terminate the Program by posting notice on https://www.mylennoxrewards.com thirty (30) days prior to termination. Within sixty (60) days following termination, unredeemed Claim Points will be automatically forfeited without further notice to Participant. In addition, Lennox may modify these Terms and Conditions by posting notice on https://www.mylennoxrewards.com thirty (30) days prior to modification. In the event Participant continues their participation after such notice period, Participant will have accepted such amended Terms and Conditions for the remainder of the Program Term.
- During the Program Term, Lennox may, but is not required to, offer additional promotions as part of the Program (e.g., “for a limited time, earn double Claim Points on qualifying purchases”). In the event of such additional promotion, the terms and conditions of such promotion will apply and be incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.
LENNOX WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTICIPANT FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FRUSTRATION OF ECONOMIC OR BUSINESS EXPECTATIONS, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF CAPITAL, COST OF SUBSTITUTE GOOD(S), FACILITIES OR SERVICES OR DOWN TIME COST, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL LENNOX’S LIABILTY HEREUNDER TO PARTICIPANT EXCEED THE COST OF A REWARD ITEM HEREUNDER. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT POSSIBLE, THE PROGRAM SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS, WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICT OF LAWS RULES. VENUE FOR ANY ACTIONS HEREUNDER SHALL BE IN THE APPROPRIATE STATE OR FEDERAL COURT LOCATED IN DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS.
AMENDMENT TO MY LENNOX REWARDS LOYALTY PROGRAM (THE “PROGRAM”)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Valid only at Participating Stores in the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec)
AS OF APRIL 22, 2024, THE FOLLOWING CHANGES WILL BE MADE TO THE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND SHALL APPLY FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE PROGRAM TERM. ALL CAPITALIZED TERMS USED HEREIN BUT NOT DEFINED SHALL HAVE THE MEANING ASCRIBED TO THEM IN THE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS. EXCEPT AS AMENDED HEREBY, THE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT. ANY CONFLICT BETWEEN THE PROVISIONS OF THIS AMENDMENT AND THE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL BE RESOLVED IN FAVOR OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS AMENDMENT.

- The Program is sponsored by Lennox Industries Inc. (and, to the extent in Canada, Lennox Industries (Canada) ULC) (together, “Lennox”).
- Participant must be a legal permanent resident of the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec), be the age of majority or older in Participant’s state/province/territory of residence and maintain an active LennoxPros account. The Program is only available in connection with qualifying purchases (See section of the Program Terms and Conditions entitled “Qualifying Purchases and Exclusions”) by Participant from a Participating Store.
- A “Participating Store” shall mean any Lennox Store operating within the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec).
Claim Points
- Order number and photo of receipt is sufficient proof of qualifying purchase; customer number and order date are no longer required.
- Only In-Store and Buy Online and Pick Up in Store purchases from Participating Stores are eligible for Claim Points.
Reward Items
- The estimated retail value of each Reward Item is $50. Participants can combine Claim Points to redeem gift cards of greater denominations (e.g., 8 Claim Points = $50 gift card versus 16 Claim Points = $100 gift card).
Tax Implications
- No funds, compensation or indemnity will be provided by Lennox for payment of taxes, if applicable, or any other financial impact resulting from the receipt or use of earned Reward Items. All federal, state/provincial or local taxes on Claim Points and/or Reward Items received through the Program, if any, and any other costs, fees or expenses not expressly included in these Program Terms and Conditions are the sole responsibility of Participant, not Lennox.

- If a Participant obtains a cumulative USD$600 in Reward Items during a calendar year, Workstride will file an IRS Form 1099. Once a Participant obtains a cumulative $550 in rewards during a calendar year, Participant will be required to provide Participant’s U.S. taxpayer identification number (social security number (SSN), individual taxpayer identification number (ITIN), etc.) to Workstride to continue to accumulate Reward Items during that calendar year. Workstride will handle any personal information it receives from the Portal, including SSNs, in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Workstride available at: https://dashsolutions.com/dash-privacy-policy/.

For Canadian Participants:
- If the Participant exceeds Cdn$500 in Reward Items during a calendar year, Lennox will file a CRA Form T4, together with a CRA Form T4A Summary. Once a Participant obtains a cumulative Cdn$450 in Rewards Items during a calendar year, Participant will be required to provide Participant's Canadian Social Insurance Number (SIN), Individual Tax Number (ITN), etc. to continue to accumulate Reward Items during the calendar year. Workstride will handle any personal information it receives from the Portal, including SINs, in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Workstride available at: https://dashsolutions.com/dash-privacy-policy/.
Termination; Limitation of Liability and Other
- All amounts stated in these Program Terms and Conditions are posted in the Participant’s respective country’s currency.
- By participating in the Program, Participant is agreeing that he/she is responsible for understanding and complying with any policies and procedures of Participant’s employer in connection with Program participation.

THE PROMOTION IS VALID FROM 12 A.M. CENTRAL TIME ON MAY 12, 2025 AND ENDS AT 11:59 P.M. CENTRAL TIME ON MAY 24, 2025 (THE “CUSTOMER APPRECIATION PROMOTION TERM”).
The Promotion is valid only for qualifying purchases made during the Customer Appreciation Promotion Term and is subject to the terms and conditions of the My Lennox Rewards Loyalty Program. In the event of a conflict between these terms and conditions and the My Lennox Rewards Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions, these terms and conditions control.
Spend a minimum of $250 (excluding freight and government charges, including, without limitation, duties, tariffs, fees, or taxes (including surcharges arising therefrom)) on a single order of qualifying parts and supplies and receive four (4) promotional claim points (a value of $25). Only a single, one-time qualifying order is eligible for the promotional benefit during the Customer Appreciation Promotion Term (i.e., future orders of $250 of qualifying parts and supplies during the Customer Appreciation Promotion Term are not eligible for the promotional benefit hereunder); the single order cannot be combined with past or future orders to meet the $250 threshold and may not be combined with any other offers or promotions. The Promotion is valid only for qualifying purchases made during the Customer Appreciation Fall Promotion Term and is subject to the terms and conditions of the My Lennox Rewards Loyalty Program. In the event of a conflict between these terms and conditions and the My Lennox Rewards Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions, these terms and conditions control.
Spend a minimum of $500 (excluding freight and government charges, including, without limitation, duties, tariffs, fees, or taxes (including surcharges arising therefrom)) on a single order of qualifying parts and supplies and receive eight (8) promotional claim points (a value of $50). The Promotion is valid only for qualifying purchases made during the Customer Appreciation Days August Promotion Term and is subject to the terms and conditions of the My Lennox Rewards Loyalty Program. In the event of a conflict between these terms and conditions and the My Lennox Rewards Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions, these terms and conditions control.
Spend a minimum of $400 (excluding freight and government charges, including, without limitation, duties, tariffs, fees, or taxes (including surcharges arising therefrom)) on a single order of qualifying parts and supplies and receive six point 4 (6.4) promotional Claim Points (a value of $40). Only a single, one-time qualifying order is eligible for the promotional benefit during the Customer Appreciation Days August Promotion Term (i.e., future orders of $400 of qualifying parts and supplies during the Customer Appreciation Days August Promotion Term are not eligible for the promotional benefit hereunder); the single order cannot be combined with past or future orders to meet the $400 threshold and may not be combined with any other offers or promotions. Participant must submit proof of qualifying purchase into Participant’s loyalty account on the Portal no later than August 30, 2025. Claims not submitted by such date will not be eligible for the promotional benefit hereunder. Reward Claim Points will be issued thirty (30) days after the promotion ends, or by September 29, 2025. Returns or exchanges of items on the qualifying order may result in a reversal or adjustment of the promotional benefit if the qualifying threshold is no longer met. THE PROMOTION IS VALID FROM 12 A.M. CENTRAL TIME ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2025 AND ENDS AT 11:59 P.M. CENTRAL TIME ON SEPTEMBER 30, 2025 (THE “CUSTOMER APPRECIATION L40 PROMOTION TERM”).
The Promotion is valid only for qualifying purchases made during the L40 Promotion Term and is subject to the terms and conditions of the My Lennox Rewards Loyalty Program. In the event of a conflict between these terms and conditions and the My Lennox Rewards Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions, these terms and conditions control.
For each L40 smart thermostat purchased during the L40 Promotion Term receive one point six (1.6) promotional Claim Points (a value of $10). The order cannot be combined with past or future orders and may not be combined with any other offers or promotions. Participant must submit proof of qualifying purchase into Participant’s loyalty account on the Portal no later than October 8, 2025. Claims not submitted by such date will not be eligible for the promotional benefit hereunder. Reward Claim Points will be issued thirty (30) days after the Promotion ends, or by October 30, 2025. Returns or exchanges of qualifying purchases may result in a reversal or adjustment of the promotional benefit. Exclusions: vendor direct, fleet, and stocking orders are excluded from the Promotion. All products are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis; stock levels vary by location. Lennox reserves the right to exclude or disqualify zero-dollar transactions from the Promotion.
