Getting started is easy! Just head over to MyLennoxRewards.com and click “Sign Up.” You will need your Lennox customer account number to complete registration.

Submitting a claim is quick and simple:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to the Promotions tab or click More Details on your dashboard.
  3. Choose the promotion and click Submit a Claim.
  4. Enter your order number (found on your packing slip).
  5. Review your details and confirm your submission.

Only purchases tied to active promotions and meeting specific criteria—like product type and purchase date—are eligible. Be sure to review the promotion details for full qualification info.

Most claims are reviewed and processed within a few weeks. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation, and your rewards will be on their way!
