4. How do I submit a claim?

Submitting a claim is quick and simple:

Log in to your account.
Go to the Promotions tab or click More Details on your dashboard.
Choose the promotion and click Submit a Claim.
Enter your order number (found on your packing slip).
Review your details and confirm your submission.

5. What purchases qualify for rewards?

Only purchases tied to active promotions and meeting specific criteria—like product type and purchase date—are eligible. Be sure to review the promotion details for full qualification info.

6. When will I receive my rewards?

Most claims are reviewed and processed within a few weeks. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation, and your rewards will be on their way!
