Install the freeze-stat at the exit line of the indoor coil. The freeze-stat senses outlet temperature of the indoor coil and will cycle the compressor OFF when the temperature falls below its set-point. The freeze-stat will open at 29° (-2°C) and close at 58°F (-10°C).
